When will my book ship?
Orders typically process in 3-5 business days and normally arrive in about 2 weeks, depending on your location.
After purchase you will be emailed updates on when your order will be shipped and its expected delivery date.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order prior to shipping or for any other enquiries, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I return my order?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, any physical products can be returned in their original unused condition for a full refund within 30 days after the delivery date.
Unfortunately the Wandering Star Premium Subscription is currently non-refundable.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Canada and the USA. Shipping for the Wandering Star book is $10 USD. We hope to have International shipping coming soon!
